Never one to rest on their laurels the Nilfisk development team has excelled themselves with the launch of the new MX585 Multi.
The machine encompasses both a mobile heated carpet extractor and a heavy duty hard floor cleaner in one.
A combination of high pressure (83 bar) and a continuous high water flow of 10 litres per minute cleans, rinses and extracts in one pass.
This combination of power cleans more effectively than any other hard floor method available in the market today.
The machine comes as standard with a ‘Turbo’ 305mm hard surface wand. This durable wand cleans in all directions and has dual spray jets rotating at 2200 RPM.
An automatic fill and automatic dump facility means that no breaks are required to fill or empty tanks and cleaning can therefore be continuous.
Accessories include a mini turbo head for use on tiled walls and work surfaces. A Cobra DT tool enables corner and edge cleaning in tight spaces whilst the Scrub and Vac Plus kit is ideal for edge cleaning larger areas.
Pressure of course needs to be reduced for carpet cleaning. The MX585 allows both deep cleaning of carpets and further reduced pressure for delicate carpets or upholstery.
Water output is reduced to relatively low moisture of 3.6 litres per minute. This enables both lower water usage and faster drying times. High pressure agitation from the floor tool accessory eliminates the need for large amounts of water.
An optional carpet accessory is the revolutionary and patented EVOLUTION wand. The wand weighs in at only 3kg and is proven to increase the performance of the machines vacuum system compared to traditional steel wands.
Lightweight and compact, with large rear wheels, the MX585 can easily be transported by one person. Built in lifting handles at the front and rear allow 2 people to easily lift upstairs or into a van.
15 metres of power cable stores easily on a cord wrap at the rear of the unit. The rota-moulded body is extremely durable and warranted not to rust, crack, dent or leak.
